PKR7 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR7 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkr7.win, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you accept these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with PKR7. Where there is any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

PKR7 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. We will note the effective date at the top of the page whenever changes are made.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The PKR7 platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, place bets or claim any bonuses. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

PKR7 may request documentary proof of age at any point. This can include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification. Where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend the account and withhold any associated funds pending resolution.

PKR7 is available to players based in Pakistan. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to their location before registering or participating. PKR7 does not make any representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To use PKR7, you must register a single personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your name, date of birth, contact details and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate at all times.

One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one PKR7 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKR7 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances or bonuses held within them.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. PKR7 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

Account Verification (KYC)

PKR7 may require identity verification at any stage — on registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an account review. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of your registered payment method (such as a JazzCash or Easypaisa screenshot) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on PKR7 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied by PKR7.

Deposits are generally credited to your PKR7 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the method used and the payment provider's own timelines. PKR7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page within your account. These limits may vary by payment method. PKR7 reserves the right to revise deposit limits at any time with or without notice.

Deposit Integrity

You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — whether belonging to a family member, friend or anyone else — are not permitted. Where a third-party source is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to the source account, minus any transaction costs.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on PKR7 are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, in PKR. Withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and Bank Transfer accounts registered in your own name are supported.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, PKR7 may require completed identity verification (KYC). Any active bonus wagering requirements must also be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-linked funds is permitted. Your real-money balance (funds deposited and not linked to an active bonus) can generally be withdrawn without restriction subject to verification requirements.

Processing Timeframes

PKR7 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds depends on the chosen payment method and the processing times of the relevant provider. Mobile wallet transfers (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than Bank Transfer.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PKR7 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback on losses, free spins and VIP-specific weekly bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules below.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering contributions from different game types (Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo) may vary — full details are provided per promotion.

Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household or per payment method. Bonuses are intended for recreational players. PKR7 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer at its discretion, including in cases where it suspects the offer is being abused or exploited through low-risk or systematic betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire if not used within the specified time window. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

7. Sports Betting Rules

PKR7 Sports covers Cricket (including PSL , T20 internationals, bilateral series and major tournaments), Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by PKR7. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, including bets placed on markets where we believe unusual or suspicious activity is taking place. Bets accepted in error — for example at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error — may be voided and stakes returned.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted timeframe, a clear pricing error, the market being suspended prior to settlement, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bet stakes are returned to your PKR balance.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Odds and market availability change in real time during live events. Bets placed during in-play are subject to a confirmation period — any bet placed after an in-play event has concluded (e.g., a wicket already fallen or a goal already scored) will be voided regardless of the odds at the time of placement.

Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for Cricket this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). PKR7 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results in the event of any dispute or uncertainty.

Responsible Betting

PSL and international cricket matches attract high volumes of bets on PKR7. We encourage all players to set a clear PKR betting budget per match or series, stick to pre-match research and avoid increasing stakes to recover losses from previous bets.

8. Casino & Game Rules

PKR7 Casino covers Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), Slots (classic and video), and other table games. Fish Games and Bingo operate under their own game mechanics but are subject to these general rules.

Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on PKR7 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer operations where applicable. PKR7 does not manipulate game outcomes. Malfunctions of any game software void all pays and plays for the affected round — stakes are returned in the event of a confirmed malfunction.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Each game has its own minimum and maximum PKR stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. For VIP players, elevated table limits may be available in line with their tier benefits.

Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino round or during a slots spin, the game outcome will be determined and recorded by the server. If a round was in progress, the outcome will be settled and your balance updated when you next connect. PKR7 is not responsible for losses resulting from your internet connection failing during gameplay.

9. VIP Programme

The PKR7 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagered across all eligible sections — Casino, Sports, Fish Games and Bingo. Each tier unlocks a specific set of benefits including improved bonus rates, cashback percentages on losses, weekly VIP bonuses and — at Diamond level — priority withdrawal processing and exclusive high-limit table access.

PKR7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme, or to adjust the benefits, thresholds and structure of any tier at any time. VIP Tier Review

VIP tiers are reviewed on a periodic basis. If your wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier during a review period, your tier may be adjusted downward. PKR7 will provide reasonable notice of any downward tier adjustment where possible.

10. User Conduct

By using PKR7, you agree to conduct yourself fairly and lawfully at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one PKR7 account
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with any part of the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in Casino games, Sports Betting or any other section
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financial fraud via PKR7 accounts
• Abusing bonus offers through low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PKR7 staff or other players through any communication channel

PKR7 monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we will act without prior warning, including permanent account closure and reporting of relevant activity to appropriate authorities where required.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

PKR7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged account inactivity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Player-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting PKR7 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. PKR7 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in line with platform policy. You will be notified before any fee is applied. Closing your account or logging in periodically is the simplest way to avoid inactivity fees.

12. Responsible Gaming

PKR7 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and kept within limits that do not affect your financial wellbeing, relationships or daily responsibilities. The following principles apply to all players on the platform.

Self-Management Tools

PKR7 encourages every player to set a clear PKR budget before each session and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment. Do not play with PKR that you cannot afford to lose. Set a time limit for each session and stick to it. Avoid gaming when you are under emotional stress or financial pressure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request a self-exclusion period by contacting PKR7 support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly.

13. Limitation of Liability

PKR7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable and consistently available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports results, payment processing delays, data breaches caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or your failure to comply with these Terms.

PKR7 is not responsible for any internet connection issues, device failures or data charges that you incur while using the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable connection and a compatible device before placing bets or participating in live casino sessions.

14. Changes to These Terms

PKR7 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via their registered contact details. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the PKR7 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
